The Job

• Position: Recruitment Consultant (Freelance)
  
• Requirements:To handle end-to-end recruitment assignments from clients:
• Gathering job information and requirements from clients.
• Sourcing candidates through job advertisements, research, networking, etc.
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Interview coordination, placement follow up with both clients and candidates
• Warm/Cold call for new business opportunities
• Mon-Fri. Competitive commission scheme

Requirements

• Tertiary educated with at least 1 - 2 years' working experience preferably in HR / Recruitment.
• Possess strong interest in the recruitment industry.
• Enjoy working with people.
• Strong business acumen, outgoing, self-motivated, aggressive and confident
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
