QS Manager (Myanmar)

The Job

• Client: A fast-growing Property Group
• Position: QS Manager
• Project: Mixed luxury residential and commercial development in Myanmar
• Responsibilities: Working under the the Head of QS department and leading a small team for full QS functions including contracts management; budget & cost control; handling claims and certifing payments
• $50-60K. 5-day. Bonus. Medical

Requirements

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Professional qualification; RICS, HKIS
• Min. 10 years QS experience gained from property developers / consultants / hospitality group
• Ideally possess hotel resort project experience
• Solid experience in contract administration
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Willing to station in Myanmar
