Requirements
- A Property Developer
- Position: (Senior) Customer Service Executive
- Responsibilities:
- Concierge - Acting as the front-line representative. Greeting shoppers / customers. Answering customer inquiries on events and promotional campaigns. Gift redemption. Handling complaints and provide assistance to customers when needed.
- Hotline - Answering inquiries on shopping mall facilities, seasonal events and promotional campaigns. Resolving complaints.
- $17-23K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus
Requirements
- Secondary educated or above
- Min. 1 year customer services experience preferably gained in travel / hospitality / property industry
- Good communication skills
- Polite, pleasant, friendly
- Good command of Cantonese, English, Putonghua
- Willing to work on shift.
- More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior CS Executive.
