The Job

• Client: A Shopping Mall at prime district
• Positions: Senior Leasing Officer
• Responsibilities: Assist the manager in tenancy management, lease terms negotiation, leasing document management, fit-out & maintenance coordination and other ad hoc duties.
• 5 day. Salary: 35K+/-

Requirements

• Tertiary educated
• Min. 6 year leasing experience gained with property developers for prime shopping malls / retail properties:
  Sound experience in terms negotiation and familiar with leasing documents
• Experience in handling tenants of luxury brands / large retail chains.
• Outgoing and presentable
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
