The Job

• Company: A large Property Developer
• Position: Customer Services Ambassador
• Responsibilities: Based at the CS / Information counter of the shopping mall. Answer customer inquiries on events and promotional campaigns. Gift redemption. Provide other ad hoc assistance to customers.
• $17-23K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

• Secondary educated or above
• Min. 1 year customer services experience preferably gained in travel / hospitality industry
• Good communication skills
• Polite, pleasant, friendly
• Good command of Cantonese, English, Putonghua
• Willing to work on shift.
• More experienced candidates will be considered as Supervisor.
