Assistant Leasing Manager (Commercial + Retail)

The Job

• Client: A Landlord
• Position: Assistant Leasing Manager
• Responsibilities: Assist the Leasing Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial (80%) and retail (20%) properties located in prime districts. Responsible for market analysis, tenancy management, sales & lease terms negotiation, document management, etc.
• $35-45K. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Degree holder
• 8 years experience in commercial leasing gained with landlords of which 3 years or above at managerial level
• Retail leasing / Commercial sales experience highly preferred
• Property management experience will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
