Maintenance Manager / Supervisor (Water Treatment Plant / Facilities)

The Job

• Client: An established Engineering Contractor
• Position: Maintenance Supervisor
• Responsibilities: Reporting to the Operation Manager and lead a team for the maintenance of water treatment plant / facilities:-
  • Planning for preventive maintenance & facility improvement;
  • Prepare budgeting report; Cost control
  • Emergent breakdown maintenance
  • Manpower planning; Warehouse & inventory management and Procurement;
  • Maintain and review operation manual & maintenance procedures
  • Ensure facility operation complies with EHS regulations
• $45-55K. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

• Degree holder in Construction or Engineering related disciplines
• Min. 5 years experience in plant / facilities maintenance of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Relevant experience in water treatment facilities will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Good command of languages
• More experienced candidate will be considered as Maintenance Manager
