The Job

• Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP / HK$50-63K)
• Responsibilities:
• Perform full QS functions for E&M projects from tendering, estimation, handling claims, budget control, pre/post-contract administration, final accounts
• Salary: $50-63K, 5-days work, Medical, Bonus

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services / Electrical Engineering
• Professional qualification is required for Manager position. e.g. HKIS, RICS
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in large-scale E&M QS work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
