BIM Modeler / Engineer

The Job

• Clients: A Leading Main Contractor
• Position: BIM Modeler / Engineer
• Responsibilities:
• Develop BIM content based on BIM Modelling standards
• Prepare BIM models as advised by engineers
• CSD/CBWD production
• Coordinate with clients and consultant teams
• Present BIM deliverables to clients
• Salary: $25-42K+, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Construction, Building Services or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in using BIM software
• Familiar in using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks for drawings and model coordination
• Candidates with BIM professional qualification (HKIBIM / CIC) will be placed for higher positions
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
