Technical Support Engineer (Security/ELV System)

The Job

• Clients: A Leading Security Services Company
• Position: Technical Support Engineer (Security/ELV System)
• Responsibilities:

• Provide Security Systems technical support to other teams, includes drawings, technical support engineer and technician
• Give technical advices and quality supports to various department include sales, projects, maintenance, installation and CAMS
• Ensure sufficient coaching and products orientation has been / will be provided to new technical staff
• Provide new products orientation to all technical staff and evaluate and fine-tune new products

• Salary: $15-19K, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Certificate in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline
• At least 5-8 years of experience required in related field
• Interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, listening skills
• Operating systems, backup software, database software
• Knowledge of and ability to use equipment like mainframe computers, computer tool kits and network analyzers
