Passenger Service Officer / Agent (Airport Area)

The Job

• Client: An Aviation Service Company
• Position:  Passenger Service Officer / Agent (Airport Area)
• Responsibilities:
• Provide professional customer service at check-in counters, boarding gates, transit counters and Airport Express counters
• Provide assistance on guest enquiries and complaints regarding flights and related services
• Assist passengers with check in processes
• Check travel documents for passengers
• Collect miscellaneous expenses, such as excess baggage and ticket change fee etc.
• Report daily operations to team supervisor
• Work on shift & overtime
• $15-20K, OT allowance, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Form 6 (DSE) or Form 5 (HKCEE) level or above
• 1 year or above of work experience in customer service will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
