The Job

• Client: A Main Contractor
• Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
  
• Position: Perform full QS functions for E&M projects from tendering, estimation, handling claims, budget control, contract administration, final accounts
• $25-40K up. Medical, Bonus

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services / Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years QS experience
• Relevant experience for for E&M works
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
