Clients: 1) Property Developers, 2) REITs
Positions: Senior Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager
Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of retail and/or commercial properties and responsible for leading a team for market analysis, establish pricing strategies, promotion planning, tenancy management, etc to boost lease revenue.
Salary: $50K up

Requirements

Tertiary educated
Professional qualification is preferred but not a must
Min. 10 years retail leasing experience preferably gained with sizable property developers, of which at least 4 years in managerial level
Strong experience in retail / commercial market
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
