• Client: 1) Property Developer, 2) Property Management Company
• Position: Senior Maintenance Officer / Maintenance Officer (Many positions)
• Responsibilities: Condition survey. Coordination for maintenance & large scale renovation and minor works of retail properties. Liaison with contractors / IO. Project administration, tender preparation, works inspection.
• $26-36K

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in Building Studies, Construction Management or related discipline
• 2-8 years experience in maintenance / renovation for retail properties / shopping mall
• Good experience in building works
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
