Client: Property Developer
Position: Senior Construction Manager / Construction Manager
Location: Hong Kong OR China
Responsibilities: Monitor contractors' (Building / E&M) performance, site progress, quality of works, etc.
$45K+. Bonus. Medical. Accommodation & Allowance.

Requirements

Degree in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
Relevant professional qualification preferred
10 years solid site experience gained from main contractor or property developer for sizable new building projects.
Solid experience in building and E&M works.
PRC project experience is required and willing to travel or station for China position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Construction Manager
