The Job

• Client: 1) Hotels, 2)Theme Park
• Position: Guest Service Officer(s)
• Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls for room / dining / ticket reservation and other inquiries
• $13-16K, 5 day, bonus, incentive, medical

Requirements

• Secondary educated
• Min. 1 year experience in front-line sales, customer service
• Call center experience will be an advantage but not a must
• Good phone manner and work attitude
• Good command of spoken English & Chinese (include Putonghua)
