Covey提到高效人士由以下七種習慣培養出來:( 1 )積極主動;( 2 ) 以終為始;( 3 )要事第一;( 4 )雙贏思維;( 5 )知彼解己;( 6 )統合綜效;以及( 7 )不斷更新。   我今天希望與大家分享「以始為終」( Begin with the end in mind )及「統合綜效」( Synergy )這兩個比較少人提及的習慣,其餘5種留待日後再談。
