年底有很多頒獎典禮,如果攪一個最XXX老細,你又會想到你老細是最乜乜乜呢? 最麻煩老細:有一種老細我形容為最麻煩的老細,明知你已經忙到拆天,還要執著一些格式、無傷大雅的細節上,著眼於細微細眼的小錯處,對於一些大方向的問題他卻擱在一邊不予處理,未能解同事燃眉之急之餘卻加重工作負擔。 最假民主老細:有些老細表面上很開明,樣樣都先問過同事意見,實質上是自己沒料到,只能靠同事的貢獻,最後有功勞就全部攬上身。另一種是每事都問過大家,說什麼集體意志決定,到頭來意見接受,態度照舊,其實本身已有想法定案,卻浪費大家要講出意見,是最典型的假民主。 最無理老細:由朝到晚叫人格價,然後要供應商服務全包、做到最好,但價錢就叫人平平平,人做生意你做生意,你就要賺到盡,別人的就不是生意。 最大細超老細:做管理層最忌大細超,因為真心影響士氣和團結性。這些老細對著心腹就什麼都可以、批准,但對其他人就諸多制肘、事事箝制;跟心腹就細聲講大聲笑,對其他人就長期黑臉。 最小家老細:講起年尾,很多公司都有各式各樣的飯局,自不然會跟老細坐埋一枱吃一餐,做細的自不然覺得是公司/老細請客,我見過我真係見過,有老細厚臉皮到一個點,他埋單找數接受了大家謝意之後,回到公司膽敢叫秘書向同事收集飯錢,連零頭都不放過。跟著這種小家老細,明年人工、花紅也不要有什麼奢求遐想。
